4. Better Tenant Retention

 
Attentive Property Management does not want any property owner to experience a revolving door of tenants. High turnover means not only the loss of income, but also mounting costs  associated with renting to the next tenant - professional cleaning, painting, new carpeting, changing the locks, and minor and major repairs. The cycle of costs to find the next tenant begins again all too soon - marketing and advertising, showing the property, screening the tenant, and getting the tenant settled into your place with satisfaction.
