Chris McNelis is an experienced professional and dedicated merchant in the Solomons Island Community. She has served Southern Maryland as a Licensed Real Estate Practitioner since 1992. Founded in 2006, The McNelis Real Estate Services Group provides marketing ingenuity and solid customer service.

Chris's experience includes new homes, land listing and sales, waterfront listing and sales, commercial leasing and sales, rentals and property management. Chris also provides personalized relocation advice and destination broker/agent screening to ensure a successful move.

A native of Annapolis, MD and then a long-term resident of Washington, DC, Chris now calls Southern Maryland HOME.


 

Michael Stroud is a successful Property Manager representing Attentive Property Management.
Michael is an experienced REALTOR in Southern Maryland, Washington, DC and Virginia. Our company relies on his knowledge of the DC Metropolitan and Northern Virginia areas to support colleagues with assistance for relocating clientele.

Michael purchased his first home in Southern Maryland in 1998, and continues to grow his business with our company as a dual licensee in MD and also DC/VA. 
 


Catherine Erickson-File is the Accounting Services Manager for both The McNelis Real Estate Services Group and our sister company, Attentive Property Management.
For 13 years Catherine co-owned and managed the accounting for a specialty restaurant in Solomons. She has broad knowledge of many accounting and transaction management systems to include Excel and Quikbooks, in addition to the leading edge and industry-specific Lone Wolf Systems and RENTEC online accounting management applications.
